You as a Payroll Supervisor, Salary will: 
Assist with all day-to-day aspects of the Payroll Department with a primary focus on the salary population and involvement with hourly populations.

Assist with running and overseeing the salaried payroll that consists of 3,500 employees.

Responsible for overseeing 3 direct reports within salaried payroll and being part of a large payroll team.

Responsible for processing leaves of absence, such as maternity and parental leaves, as well as complex terminations.

Manage complex payroll for diverse populations, with multiple systems and pay cycles / schedules, in most Canadian provinces (including Quebec).

Prepare statutory reporting and remittances.

Prepare periodic and year-end income tax reporting processes and remittances.
