**What You’ll Do**

+ Perform PBMC isolation using Ficoll or similar density‑gradient methods, including independent enrichment and manual/automated cell counts.
+ Support Flow cytometry, IHC, and other cell‑based assays across multiple project types.
+ Process clinical samples and execute assays according to SOPs while contributing to method development and optimization.
+ Set up, calibrate, and operate laboratory instrumentation; assist with basic cell‑culture maintenance.
