PBS Software Trainer - Accounting Focus

Lead the charge in dealership performance as an Accounting Software Trainer for PBS. You'll empower clients through expert training on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).
This position demands up to two weeks of travel monthly within Canada and the U.S., focusing on delivering effective training solutions. You'll work both onsite and virtually, ensuring a robust onboarding experience for new customers while mastering PBS software functionalities and features.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive training for dealership staff
• Support the installation process independently
• Proactively engage with customers to assess their needs
• Document all training interactions and escalated issues
• Prioritize and manage multiple training requests efficiently
Requirements:
