Role Description

Description and Requirements
As a Production Supervisor you will support the daily operations of the production department to ensure that all manufacturing activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. Production Supervisor assists in coordinating production schedules, monitoring performance, implementing quality and safety procedures, and supporting process improvements to achieve production targets and enhance operational effectiveness. 
What You'll Do:
Participate in policy and process formulation to align production with company goals.
Improve operational mechanisms and quality systems.
Coordinate production resource to fulfill daily production plan.
Utilize Lean Production and Six Sigma to optimize process to improve efficiency, qualilty and cost.
