PD&I Engineer (Product Development, Implementation & Innovation Engineer)

We are seeking a highly skilled PD&I Engineer to lead the planning, coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of new product development projects while supporting enhancements to existing products. This role is responsible for ensuring successful product launches, validating technical feasibility, meeting customer expectations, and aligning projects with business strategy.

The PD&I Engineer will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with local and regional teams, suppliers, manufacturing plants, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within specifications, and according to quality standards.
