Role Description

Alberta Precision Laboratories (APL) North Sector, in partnership with the Department of Laboratory Medicine & Pathology, University of Alberta, Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry, in Edmonton, Alberta is seeking a qualified Fulltime Pediatric Pathologist. The successful applicant may also be considered for an academic appointment with the University of Alberta’s Department of Laboratory Medicine & Pathology.

APL North Sector, with 100+ pathologists, functions as a Center of Excellence, supported by state-of-the-art ancillary testing capabilities (immunohistochemistry, electron microscopy, flow cytometry, cytogenetics, and molecular pathology). The Sector offers a full range of clinical services including two level I trauma centers, solid organ transplantation, high risk obstetrics, Level 1-3 neonatal intensive care, hematology-oncology, and cardiovascular surgery services.
