People Analytics Consultant

The People Analytics (PA) Consultant serves as a strategic, client-facing partner to designated business segments and People Centers of Excellence. This role focuses on deeply understanding business priorities, translating them into high-impact people analytics opportunities, and embedding data-driven decision-making into day-to-day people and business processes.

**Position Responsibilities**

+ Serve as the primary People Analytics consultant and point of contact for aligned business segments and/or People Centers of Excellence, building trusted, long-term partnerships.
+ Develop a deep understanding of clients’ strategies, priorities, operating context, and key people challenges.
+ Proactively identify and shape high-impact people analytics opportunities that support client strategies, moving from problem definition through insight to action.
