We exist to make money work better. Crown removes friction to integrate the Brazilian Real into the blockchain economy without compromising trust, security, or regulatory compliance. We created BRLV, a digital asset fully backed 1:1 by Brazilian sovereign bonds, designed to serve as the secure settlement layer of the tokenized economy. The Role

This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role. You will own people operations and office management end-to-end for a small, fast-moving team. There is no existing admin function to inherit. You will build processes from scratch, work directly with external providers, and progressively reduce the founders’ involvement in day-to-day operations.
