People Operations Associate

Lean is building the operational backbone of its People function, and this role is where execution meets compliance. As our People Operations Associate, you will own the processes that keep our workforce running smoothly across multiple markets: immigration, employee lifecycle, HRIS accuracy, onboarding, offboarding, and reporting. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is highly organised, thrives on structure, and takes genuine pride in clean execution.
