People Operations Lead

About The Role

We are looking for a People Operations Manager or Senior Manager (depending on experience) to strengthen and scale our People function and be strategic. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our core People processes run smoothly, consistently, and at high quality as we grow. Individuals who demonstrate strong performance – both in operational excellence and in taking on increasingly strategic initiatives – will have the opportunity to grow into Head of People Operations as InPlanet scales.

You will play a key role in improving our team members’ experience across the full ‘employee lifecycle’ – from onboarding to development and engagement – while helping build the structures and practices needed for a scalable organization.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, organized, and people‑oriented , and enjoys building and improving how things work behind the scenes.
