HR Operations Leadership

• Own end-to-end HR operations
• Establish, refine, and standardize HR policies, SOPs, and process frameworks
• Drive operational efficiency and HR process automation
• Act as escalation authority for HR operational matters

Payroll & Compliance Governance

• Coordinate with finance for payroll
• Validate payroll inputs, approvals, and closures
