Perfect Execution And Continuous Improvement Manager

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Lead and implement effective execution tools to improve the speed of manufacturing processes and reduce complexity.
+ Manage the strategy for establishing a Lean Culture in manufacturing operations.
+ Manage information regarding strategy deployment and the execution of annual priorities.
+ Lead and support the analysis of value stream maps and value streams for operational and administrative processes.
+ Define projects that support the execution of the Strategy Implementation.
+ Plan and coordinate cross-functional teams on process improvement projects.
+ Plan and schedule KAIZEN events in accordance with annual priorities and critical opportunities.
+ Train staff across all areas in lean execution and tools.
+ Act as Fromex's representative on the Operational Excellence Committee (OEC) for Emerson Latin America.
