About Us

NoA Connect Finland is a performance marketing consultancy that helps ambitious brands grow through data‑driven digital marketing. We’re part of The North Alliance (NoA), a Nordic network of leading agencies, and we share our Helsinki office with two other NoA agencies, Bob the Robot, one of Finland’s most awarded creative agencies and NoA Ignite, digital design & product company. Since we opened our doors in 2019, we’ve believed that creative is the biggest lever in performance marketing. We’ve been proving it with clients and now we’re ready to bring that capability fully in‑house.

The role

We’re looking for a hands‑on, creatively versatile designer to join us part‑time and help produce performance creative – the kind of ads that stop the scroll and drive real results.
