Performance Marketer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a performance-focused Meta Ads specialist with 3-4 years of experience managing eCommerce accounts, ideally in retail or sports.

You will own end-to-end Meta performance management from strategy and creative input to daily optimisation and scaling especially during high-intensity seasonal windows.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads Strategy & Ownership

• Develop and execute full-funnel Meta strategies.
• Align campaigns with seasonal spikes in cricket.
• Plan and manage scaling strategies during peak sale periods

High-Budget Campaign Management

• Manage and optimise ad budgets ranging from AUD 20K-150K+ per month
• Confidently scale winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS / CPA
• Monitor pacing, spend allocation, and budget efficiency daily
