We are seeking a Performance Marketing Associate to manage and scale paid acquisition channels with a strong focus on Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in D2C performance marketing and will be responsible for driving growth through data-driven campaign execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Manage monthly ad budgets (up to INR 20 Lakhs) with a focus on maximizing ROI and efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
