Job Title: Performance Tester

Type: Contract To Hire
Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Hours: 40.0 hours per week
Responsibilities
+ Lead performance testing efforts using LoadRunner to assess application scalability and performance
+ Identify system bottlenecks and establish performance baselines through detailed analysis
+ Develop performance models and capacity planning frameworks to forecast future system needs
+ Conduct performance testing within cloud environments such as AWS and Azure, integrating results with mainframe and web-based systems
+ Monitor system health utilizing tools like AppDynamics and Splunk, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
