Role Description

Professional Services firm are currently recruiting a PA to support several Partners as part of a busy team. In this role you will have a well-defined path to progression and work in a very supportive environment alongside a team of PAs.

This is a hybrid role (three days onsite once you have successfully passed probation) in fabulous offices close to Grafton Street. You will be eligible for a full benefits package including health insurance, bonus scheme and pension.


Your duties in this role will include:

  • Diary management, meeting coordination and preparation of meeting agendas,

  • Inbox management for fee-earners – drafting correspondence, ensuring high-priority items are highlighted.

  • Formatting documents according to house style.

  • Travel booking including preparation of detailed itineraties.
