Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and certified Personal Trainer to join our team at Fitness First. The ideal candidate will help members achieve their fitness goals through customized training programs, motivation, and expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct fitness assessments and consultations for new and existing members
Design personalized workout programs based on individual goals (weight loss, muscle gain, rehab, etc.)
Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions
Ensure proper exercise techniques and safety standards
Track client progress and adjust training plans accordingly
Promote personal training packages and meet monthly revenue targets
Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
Build strong client relationships to improve retention
