Job overview

The Pharmacy support worker, systems will assist in the archiving of pharmacy documentation and removal / retrieval of archive boxes with an external storage company in accordance with legal requirements. They will contribute to the efficient delivery of pharmacy services with accurate charge capture of medicines administered and support efficient workflows for pharmacy services, accuracy of data and month‑end processes.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stocks and consumables as / if required.
• Support archive room processes and month end tasks.
• Conduct stock takes and expiry date checking.
• Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed.
