• Design and develop training programs for PHRN and USRN candidates.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and assessments to evaluate learner progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure training content is current and relevant.
• Provide feedback and support to trainees to enhance their learning experience.
• Maintain training records and reports to measure effectiveness and improvement.

Requirements

• Active PHRN or USRN License
• At least 1 year of teaching experience
• At least 1 year of CPO experience
