Role Description

Position Details
What You Will Do
Full investigation, evaluation, analysis, negotiation and settlement of complex automobile and third-party property damage claims

Conduct claim investigations, including coordinating, consulting, negotiating, and collaborating with appraisers, body shops, third party claimants, adjusters and vendors.

Determine coverage, evaluate liability, subrogation exposure and potential. 

Determine coverage for mid to high level complex claims including not limited to Theft Recoveries, Out of Province and without prejudice claims 

Maintain adequate reserves based on exposure and authority level
Who You Are
Post-secondary education completion

3-5 years prior claims handling experience coupled with 2-3 years customer service experience

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Excellent organizational skills
