Picker

Job Summary:

The Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing items based on order requests within the warehouse. This role ensures that products are picked efficiently, correctly, and ready for packing or dispatch.



Qualifications:

At least High School graduate (Senior High or old curriculum)

With or without experience in warehouse operations

Keen attention to detail and accuracy

Physically fit and able to lift and move items

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsible, organized, and hardworking

Willing to work on shifting schedules if needed



Key Responsibilities:

Pick items according to order lists or system instructions

Ensure correct quantity and quality of selected items

Prepare items for packing, staging, or dispatch

Organize and maintain cleanliness of picking areas
