**Job Description**
This role focuses on installing, repairing, and maintaining underground piping systems for water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure projects within a civil construction environment. You will work on active construction sites, performing physically demanding tasks that require precision, safety awareness, and strong teamwork.
**Responsibilities**
Install underground piping systems, including storm, sanitary, and water mains, in accordance with project specifications and grade requirements.
Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and grade stakes to ensure accurate pipe layout and installation.
Align and position pipes to the required depth and grade using lasers or transit levels.
Perform trench preparation, including measuring, grading, and compacting to create a stable base for piping systems.
Connect pipe components such as PVC, concrete, HDPE, and ductile iron using appropriate installation methods.
