Role Overview

The organisation is expanding its technical team and is seeking two experienced Building Control Plan Checkers to support projects across London and Kent. These roles are 100% remote , offering the flexibility to work from home while playing a key part in ensuring compliance, safety, and technical accuracy across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess plans, drawings, specifications, and structural details for full compliance with the Building Regulations and associated legislation.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely plan check reports, highlighting non‑compliances and recommending practical solutions.
