Role Description

                    Job Description

Review and analyze existing MSP schedules. This will include evaluating schedule health, Identifying gaps, flagging risks, and performing critical path analysis.
Develop and maintain detailed primavera P6 schedules for the remaining works and ensure alignment with client's construction leadership team.
Monitor progress and periodically update schedules to reflect actual status.
Develop schedule reports, communicate schedule risks, and work with the construction team to mitigate any potential delays.
Create and maintain schedule key performance indicators.
Lead schedule meetings with the Contractors and client construction teams.
Assist client’s Director of scheduling in creating schedule specifications and procedures.
Review Time Impact Analysis and provide feedback to the construction team and general contractors.
