**Your Job**Ensure a proper execution on production planning areas by bring strategy, couching & an escalation point to production planners.Adopt a continuous improvement methodology in the area sharing knowledge, tools & experience so the team can focus on the operation.Stablish an escalation point to improve the performance of the team.Lead the team on a best practices culture; developing metrics and bring periodically feedback to the team.
