Planning Engineer

a) Conducts regular site visits and site supervision to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and engineering standards;

b) Addresses and resolves issues relating to structural and/or civil engineering concerns for the Employer’s projects;

c) Coordinates with contractors, consultants, and management regarding technical and engineering matters arising during construction;

d) Assists in the processing of permits, clearances, and approvals with government agencies when required, including submission of technical documents and coordination with concerned offices;

e) Prepares, reviews, and submits engineering reports, site inspection reports, and other technical documentation as may be required by Management;

f) Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, building codes, safety standards, and engineering practices; and
