• Responsible from plan and optimize of regional radio network with the smart network strategies for the best network experience • To implement alternative coverage and capacity solutions for both In building and outdoor locations so as to minimize the investment while maximizing the impact on the network’s performance
• Perform 2G/3G/4G site planning and optimization using related tools (5G is a plus)
