Planning Supervisor

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Attend production meetings, to analyze shortages and/or non-conformities in materials, machinery, and equipment problems; make decisions related to balancing production by work area and personnel distribution in coordination with the manufacturing supervisor.
+ Participates in the validation of production processes.
+ In charge of the planning team, gives them support and orientation based on the availability and distribution of materials.
+ Attends the requirements of Customer Service meeting and improve delivery dates for orders according to their needs.
+ Maintain continuous communication with his direct supervisor (Materials Manager) to keep him informed of the situation or progress of production, as well as the problems that arise and the solutions that are given.
