Position Overview

As the Plant Controller, you will be the senior finance leader for the Belleville facility and a key member of the Site Leadership Team. Your role will provide strategic financial leadership, business partnership, and operational insights to support plant performance, inform decision‑making, and ensure the integrity of financial results. You will work closely with plant leadership to translate operational performance into financial outcomes, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support long‑term business objectives.
