The Plant Controller oversees the financial side of the plants (minimum 2 plants) under his/her responsibility by focusing on raw material and yield analysis while helping his/her team manage labor and other operating expenses. His role as a business partner to the manufacturing team is to ensure the accuracy of financial information, help understand results, optimize operations and carry out transformation projects.
