Plant Controller

The Controller will actively manage the P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow of the plant and ensure timely reporting to the Corporation while maintaining the proper controls in place.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting; CA, CMA, MBA a plus· 7+ years of experience in broad-based financial experience, including supervision with heavy emphasis on manufacturing, operational background· Work well with management team, understand plant operations, and provide the right information and financial education for solid decision-making· Excel knowledge, analytical abilities and excellent communications skills required· Self-starter with manufacturing ERP/MRP software knowledge· Self-motivated; highly capable of completing tasks and responding to department requests independently· Demonstrates problem solving, decision making, and continuous process improvement skills· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines· Ability to adapt in a fast-moving and changing cultur...
