Plant Inspector

Conduct routine and non-routine inspection of static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, piping systems, and structural components across the QAFCO fertilizer plant Perform and supervise Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities including UT, RT, MT, PT, and VT in accordance with ASNT, API, and ASME standards Carry out weld inspection and structural integrity assessments in compliance with CSWIP 3.1 / AWS / ISO standards; review and approve weld procedures and welder qualifications Assess corrosion, erosion, and degradation of plant equipment; recommend fitness-for-service (FFS) evaluations and risk-based inspection (RBI) strategies Maintain inspection records, equipment history files, and reports in the CMMS (SAP PM); ensure all documentation meets QAFCO and regulatory requirements Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams during plant shutdowns and turnarounds to ensure inspection scope is completed on schedule Comply with QAFCO P...
