Plant Manager

Job Description

The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall safe, compliant, and efficient management of the Annacis Island Hydrothermal Liquefaction (HTL) Demonstration Facility. He/She is ultimately accountable for ensuring the plant operates continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to effectively convert wastewater sludge into renewable biocrude oil.

The duties of the Plant Manager are as follows, but not limited to:

1. Together with the HSE Lead, the Plant Manager implements all activities specific to the Occupational Health and Safety Program for the site, maintaining a constant focus on the unique risks of high-temperature and high-pressure industrial processes.

2. Facility Management & KPI Achievement: Directs the overall operations and maintenance (O&M) strategy to achieve a minimum monthly operational availability of 80% and meet strict Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sludge processing and oil/water separation. ...
