At Magotteaux, we are looking for a Plant Manager who can take full ownership of an industrial site — from production and maintenance to safety, finance, HR, logistics and continuous improvement.

This is not a functional role. It is a business leadership position with broad autonomy and accountability.

You will be responsible for ensuring the overall performance of the plant while aligning local priorities with the strategy of an international industrial group.
