Plant Manager - Food Manufacturing (Start-Up)

Lead the setup and operations of the new plant. Oversee construction, plant layout, equipment commissioning, warehousing, logistics and food safety compliance. Once operational, the Plant Manager will drive production efficiency, quality and team development.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of food manufacturing experience (3+ in management)
• Strong knowledge of plant design, equipment and compliance standards
• Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Proven leadership and project management skills
