Job Description & Requirements

1. Surface Preparation

. Cleaning and smoothing surfaces

. Applying bonding agents or mesh if needed

2. Mixing Plaster

. Using water and plaster material (gypsum, lime,cement, etc.)

. Ensuring the right consistency for the job

3. Applying Plaster

. Using tools like trowels, floats, and hawks

. Spreading layers of plaster by hand or machine

. Building up thickness in coats: base coat, scratchcoat, and finish coat

4. Finishing Work

. Smoothing or texturing the final surface

. Creating decorative moldings or patterns if required

5. Repairs and Restoration

. Fixing cracks, holes, or damaged plaster surfaces

. Restoring historical or ornamental plaster
