Plastics Maintenance Technician Souderton, PA 1st Shift - 7:00AM - 7:00PM 2-2-3 Hourly Rate based on experience Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on high-speed assembly and injection molding machines Follow supervisor and manager direction for production scheduling, maintenance, and problem resolution Maintain a clean, safe, and SQF-compliant work environment Enter and track work orders for maintenance issues Perform TPM checks, 6S activities, and daily/weekly cleaning according to Master Cleaning Schedule Maintain spare parts inventory to support production equipment Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to achieve uptime and quality targets Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives Cover opposite shifts, provide on-call support, and work overtime as needed, including weekends and emergencies Support molding operations based on production schedule and workload Train and support new hires and incumbent team members Per...
