Platform Associate

Reporting directly to the Commercial Lead for Growth and Special Projects, the Platform Associate is responsible for assisting in managing Cloudeats' food menus for online delivery platforms such as Grab, Foodpanda, and future aggregator partners. The role works closely with the Commercial Lead to oversee brand menu management through the company's internal menu and order management system, and collaborates with the Brand team to review and execute approved menu changes. The Platform Associate will also handle day-to-day platform coordination — including routine listing updates and storefront maintenance — while ensuring general consistency and completeness across all platforms, such as bundle naming, pricing accuracy, and menu configuration.
