Platform Operations Lead

We are looking for a Platform Operations Lead responsible for supporting iGaming platform operations, ensuring operational stability, campaign monitoring, feature tracking, and support for strategic business routines.

This role will work closely with global teams, providers, Product, CRM, CS & Risk, and Operations teams, acting in an analytical and collaborative way to ensure a seamless and efficient user experience.

We are looking for someone organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced and performance-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor platform operations and ensure the proper execution of campaigns, promotions, and platform functionalities.
• Support the operational execution of casino, sportsbook, and other platform products.
• Follow up on operational incidents, identifying impacts and supporting resolution processes with responsible teams.
