Platform Reliability Engineer

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Configure and operate Moogsoft as the central event management and correlation platform
+ Manage alert lifecycles including ingestion, enrichment, deduplication, suppression, and Situation creation
+ Onboard and integrate event sources from New Relic, Microsoft Azure, and email-based alerts
+ Design and maintain ingestion pipelines using connectors, APIs, webhooks, and email gateways
+ Normalize and enrich events with consistent metadata (CI, service, environment, severity, ownership)
+ Implement and tune correlation logic (temporal, topological, similarity-based) to reduce alert noise
