Responsibilities

• Coordinates between the stakeholders and all support levels.
• Optimize Support process.
• Accountable for support documentation on online platforms.
• Improve the Performance of the Platform Admin Team.
• Ensures all requests are fulfilled within the SLA agreed timeframe.
• Fully responsible and leading the mass disturbance process.

• Ensure up-to-date Platform statistics by collecting key metrics.
