Platform Technical Lead

We are partnered with a world‑class IT services provider based in Spain working with clients on a global scale. They are looking for a Platform Technical Lead to take ownership of how the platform estate runs in production, ensuring stability by eliminating root causes of incidents.

Location: Madrid – hybrid, Permanent. Salary: €63,000 – €68,000.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll own the operational engineering standards across our platform estate. This includes defining production readiness standards, signing off on high‑risk changes, and having the authority to push back when something isn’t ready.

You will reduce repeat incidents by identifying and eliminating structural weaknesses, replacing manual tribal knowledge with automation and codified processes, and managing platform capacity proactively.
