Your Job
We are looking for a Plating Engineer to develop and optimize plating processes that meet customer requirements while improving efficiency and cost. This role plays a key part in new product introduction (NPI), ensuring manufacturability and delivering high-quality plating solutions.
Our Team
You will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering Development team under the Plating ME section, working closely with cross-functional teams including design, product management, automation, and quality.
What You Will Do 
Develop and optimize plating process engineering to meet customer quality requirements while driving cost-effective and high-efficiency production solutions
Lead plating-related activities in New Product Introduction (NPI), including process strategy development and implementation
