Must Have Skills:
Production support – L2 ( Tech Stack: Unix, SQL, Mongo DB, open shift) . Monitor/Configuration alerts in ITRS.
Autosys/ Scheduling Knowledge is must
Incident management, Major incident management and Problem Management. Issue backtracking, facilitate resolution, root cause analysis. Follow up with development team for permanent fix
Handling service requests. Interact with business users. Understand the problem and provide solution. Report generation
Annual COB/DR testing. Adhoc special processing requests
Open to work in Shifts and provide extended coverage.

Good to have:
banking domain knowledge.
