The Role

This is a hands‑on leadership position combining the responsibilities of an Operations Manager and Working Foreman. You’ll be the driving force behind day‑to‑day field operations — keeping jobs on track, crews productive, and clients satisfied. This is not a desk job. You’ll be on‑site, in the field, and at the center of everything we do. Office administration, payroll, and accounting are handled separately — your focus is operations and people.
