We are seeking multiple Residential and Commercial Metal Roof Plumbers to join our client’s team. With several ongoing and upcoming commercial roofing projects across Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas, this is a great opportunity for both developing and experienced tradespeople.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair flashings, metallic roof and wall claddings and rainwater products such as gutters and downpipes.
• Perform roof inspections and diagnose issues including leaks, flashings, penetrations, and fittings
• Read and interpret building plans and specifications for accurate job setup
• Measure, cut, and install sheet metal, roofing components and rainwater goods
• Install waterproofing systems, including membranes, ensuring full compliance with standards
• Ensure correct roof fall, drainage and adherence to Australian building codes
