Role Description

Affinity Water has a new position available as a PMO Analyst working in our Transformation Team.

The Role:

As a PMO Analyst, you will play a central role in supporting the effective running of the Customer Transformation Programme (CTP).

You’ll help drive high‑quality governance, maintain accurate financial oversight, and ensure consistent project delivery standards across the programme. Working closely with colleagues across Customer Transformation and the wider business, you’ll be a trusted partner who brings structure, clarity, and rigour to programme operations. You’ll also contribute to maintaining best‑practice frameworks and be an active, valued member of the programme team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Co‑ordinate all Customer Transformation governance activities, including scheduling and preparing agendas for weekly programme meetings, Design Authority, Strategy Programme Board, and other governance forums.
