**Job Description**

Cintas is seeking a PMO Program Manager who will be responsible for leading and delivering complex, multi-project programs that align with strategic business objectives.

**Skills/Qualifications**

Required:

+ Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ Minimum 10 years of experience leading and managing large‑scale Information Technology deployments, with a strong emphasis on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation programs.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience successfully recovering, stabilizing, or turning around troubled or high‑risk projects, demonstrating strong assessment, remediation, and executive‑communication skills.
+ Quality Improvement experience with recognized frameworks such as ISO‑9000, CMMI, or Six Sigma.
