What You'll Do

As the Crew Lead, you'll support the Foreman by guiding 1-2 crew members through each phase of pool installation. This is a working lead role - you'll be right in the action while keeping the team organized, productive, and safe.

• Lead daily tasks such as excavation prep, base installation, pool assembly, plumbing runs, backfilling, and equipment setup
• Assign tasks, train new crew members, and maintain a positive team environment
